My work as a therapist is based on the knowledge that change is possible. Through our work together, you can gain concrete tools to help handle stressful situations, see things from a new perspective and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs to help lead to living a more balanced, fulfilled and empowered life.
Using a combination of techniques, we can explore your issue, uncover the roots, whilst working towards your goals of growth and change. I am passionate about giving people a safe space where they feel heard, valued and understood, and believe that we all hold the tools within us in being able to live more fulfilled, purposeful and empowered lives.
I am fully qualified and registered with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
At The Next Chapter, I facilitate anxiety support groups. In the group we explore techniques to cope, whilst gaining support from people going through a similar experience.
