Fully qualified as a Clinical Reflexologist, I offer you the space to set aside an hour of your time to dedicate to your own wellbeing. The treatment I provide will enable you to become fully and deeply relaxed and offers a really nurturing experience.

What happens during a treatment?

At your first treatment I’ll spend an extra 30 minutes with you doing an initial consultation.  This will allow me to understand more about you, your health and your lifestyle. I will then tailor a treatment plan specific to your individual needs and which will optimise the benefits you will gain from your treatments.

Reflexology is a holistic and complementary therapy which takes account of the whole person and your needs. It works effectively on its own or when used alongside other therapies.

You can choose from a range of treatments that include (and can combine) foot reflexology, facial reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

I work intuitively throughout each treatment, ensuring it is tailored to your requirements to allow you to receive the fullest benefit.

During treatments, clients report feelings of deep relaxation and wellbeing, and often fall asleep.

Many clients also find they experience increased benefits after a number of treatments.

After each treatment I will offer you tailored aftercare advice. This will allow you to enhance your wellbeing and overall health in your own time.

About my training

I am qualified with a Diploma in Clinical Reflexology, the highest qualification available in the UK.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. I maintain my continuing professional development to enable me to practice to the highest professional standards and to offer you the latest in Reflexology techniques.

I also hold post-qualifying certificates in Facial Reflexology, Aromatherapy for Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.
